Booking information: Here's how it works
- The ground floor apartment is perfect for up to 5 people and features a spacious terrace with direct lake access.
- Tip: Larger groups of up to 9 people can book the entire Lake Chalet here.
- Down payment: 25% of the total price (due upon booking). Remaining balance: Due 5 days prior to arrival.
- Minimum stay is regularly 3 nights, but during peak season it is 1 week (7 nights). Over Christmas and New Year’s Eve, a minimum of 5 nights must be booked.
- Peak season = Summer holidays
- Smoking: Strictly forbidden in all indoor areas.
- Special cleaning: In exceptional cases of heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee. We ask for your understanding.
- Prices stated in the website content are always excl. tourist tax, cleaning fee (final cleaning), and security deposit – the price calculation is dynamic and may vary depending on the season and booked add-ons.
- Dogs are allowed on request (29.- per dog/night due to increased cleaning effort).
