CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation guidelines for the accommodation “Lakechalet Hallstatt”, A-4822 Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstatt, Austria

Once we have confirmed your reservation request, bookings for the “Seechalet Hallstatt” holiday home are binding. Please note that cancellations must be made in writing and will always be charged according to the following conditions (these terms are based on the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry, AGBH 2006):

Up to 3 months before arrival: 25% of the total price
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
Last week before arrival: 90% of the total price

Legally enforceable and subject to prosecution in Austria.

Please also note: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, we will be forced to charge the full total price of the booking (100%).
