Booking information: Here's how it works
- Start your online booking by clicking the “Request booking” button.
- Bookings are available from May 1st, 2026 – inquiries and pre-reservations can be made now.
- Deposit: 25% of the total price (due upon booking). Final payment: Due 5 days before arrival.
- Minimum stay: Generally 3 nights, but 1 week (7 nights) during high season. A minimum of 5 nights is required during the Christmas and New Year period.
- High Season = Summer holidays.
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
- Additional Cleaning: In exceptional cases of heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee. We appreciate your understanding.
- Prices stated on the website exclude local tourist tax, final cleaning fee, and security deposit. The total price is calculated dynamically and may vary depending on the season and selected add-ons.
- Dogs are allowed upon request (€29 per dog/night due to increased cleaning requirements).
